Welcome to our Cobblestone Home.

This home was originally designed and constructed in Fall of 2021. The home interior has been thoughtful created by the homeowners with uniquely designed objects, furniture and textiles. Additional hardscapes/parking were installed to accommodate easy access for our guests.

ONLY DURING SUMMER TIME
Guests have access to the entire home, amenities and all common area facilities. These include community club house, out door swimming pool, and basketball court. Please make yourself at home.

Gather your loved ones and spend time in the kitchen preparing your favorite recipe, it is fully stocked with cookware, spices and the basics to make you feel right at home.

Plush furniture, oversized flat screen TV and high-speed internet allows for a comfortable and effective work environment or streaming your favorite content while relaxing on the designers comfy couches.

While you may have the home to yourselves, you won't be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more then happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else.

The house is very well accommodating and clean, I appreciated how previous guest have left seasoning, food, condiments ect. In the fridge for following guest. Beds were very comfy to sleep in.

Very Nice House !

I can't think of really anything that wasn't provided or thought out. The house was very comfortable overall.One thing that could be improved on is the mattress/bed in the master bedroom. The frame wiggles a lot if you or your significant other roll over during the night, and the mattress is overdue for replacement. One side has a pretty significant dip in it. But I would stay here again without any reservation. The host was very attentive to our questions

Comfortable well stocked home

Nicely decorated, modern flair. Ample parking, Kitchen well stocked with spices, oil, Baking cookware and utensils. High chair, pak n play, stroller were handy. Coffee or tea drinker taken care of. The only negative is the road traffic noise but otherwise very private. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Private retreat

We stayed here as we were in the area for a wedding. It was a very well-stocked house with plenty of privacy from neighbours. The kitchen is very nice and all the furniture is modern and updated. We stayed here with the max amount of guests (10) which was actually too many for the amounts of beds and bathrooms. We did not have 4 people sleeping on the bunk bed so the 10 person limit is advertised a little high. Overall a pleasant stay

La propietaria de esta propiedad es una persona con cero empatĂ­a. Su reglamento sĂłlo la protege a ella y no al consumidor. Reservamos su propiedad por un error geogrĂĄfico, querĂ­amos reservar en Arlington, VA a unos pasos de Washington, DC y el tonto error fue confundir la ubicaciĂłn con Arlington, WA. Se le pidiĂł amablemente negociar un reembolso y sĂłlo respondiĂł una sola vez con negativa y no volviĂł a responder mensajes. Aunque no tuvo gastos de limpieza, consumo de agua, luz, gas y otros servicios no quiso reembolsar un solo dĂłlar. Me parece que Expedia y Vrbo deberĂ­an revisar los reglamentos y darle beneficio de duda al cliente consumidor y no sĂłlo que el propietario gane dinero si no se ocupĂł la propiedad. Tuvimos que rentar de Ășltima hora un hotel en Arlington, VA.

Great property!

We stayed here for about 2 weeks while waiting to move into our new house. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this is one of the cleanest and well stocked I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable furnishings, and the property manager was super friendly and helpful. The yard was really well kept too. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, paper products, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Just what we needed

We were in the area for a funeral and needed a nice place to stay. Our friends lived in the Arlington & granite falls area and This house was just where we needed it to be. The house smelled brand new, looked brand new. Everything was excellent! Just as described and nicely situated to make it extremely comfortable for kids sleeping in while us old folks drank coffee and visited. The owners were so kind and attentive. Thank you! It was a very enjoyable stay even in our sorrow we throughly enjoyed the home.
