Friendly and courteous Guest Associate. Property seemed to be under renovation but it was clean and areas were kept neat and tidy. They had clear signs and notices apologizing for the "state of the property". Seemed thoughtful and well organized. Room was clean ,orderly, great channels selection too. Rare for most hotels these days. . Its the small things i suppose. 😊Bathroom was stocked and had extra towels. Very clean too. Was in the area for a wedding and hotel was perfect distance. Conviniently close to the Outlet Mall. Would stay again!

I know the fire alarm when on for the first time I have stay in the hotel . But it was because a high school had prom in the premises and the DJ was using fog so it set up the fire alarm . Accidents happen but the people that work there are very friendly and helpful . Thank you

Spent one night, staff friendly, room clean and quiet. Cute koi pond. Read negative hotel review about fire alarm going off and since it was from 2 months ago just thought it was a random bad night. Nope, before 10pm fire alarm went off and while we were downstairs evacuated we had conversations with other guests that this happens nightly. We believed the other guests because of past reviews and the fire department literally took their time to get there and check it out. Is nice hotel to stay at, but beware of their nightly fire alarm.

A fantastic stay that my wife and I come back to regularly. Living in our van and traveling around the area, we will usually get a hotel room a couple times a month as a sort of "reverse camping" trip, and each time we come back to The Medallion. At the time of writing they are in a renovation state, so there are some areas are a bit of a chaotic state
