Arrive at our property through a spacious private driveway that can accommodate 6 cars!
Get ready to be wowed by our massive 4,200 sqft cabin with 5 full bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We have a separate game room too. This is the largest cabin in our community and it's all on just 2 levels. So, it’s super expansive.
There’s an additional 3,800 sqft of decks which can be accessed from every room (except bathrooms).

PLEASE NOTE:
Many other cabins in Arnold advertise a loft or game room as a bedroom. They lack heat/cool & don’t have smoke/CO alarms. They also lack privacy (no doors) making it difficult for multiple families on a vacation.
However, our cabin has 5 full bedrooms without any of the abovementioned issues. We have a separate game room too.

No stairs are needed to access the living room, family room, kitchen, 2 dining areas, the master bedroom suite with bathroom, the powder room (i.e. half bath), laundry area & our gorgeous decks.
This 'main level living' is great if you have elderly people, kids, or members with disability or mobility challenges.
Our cabin has just 2 levels. That also makes our house extremely roomy & expansive - great for entertaining large groups and family get-togethers.

• Bedroom 1: King beds in Master suite
• Bedroom 2: King bed.
• Bedroom 3: King bed.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed + Twin over Double Bunk bed. Great bedroom for kids.
• Bedroom 5: Queen over Queen Bunk bed + Sofa Couch. This bedroom is also a kid's paradise -- since it's close to the library & the game room.
• Additional Sleeping: 2 large couches, queen-sized air mattresses, queen-sized floor mattresses (BYOB - Bring Your Own Bedding).

This is a massive house & can sleep 14-16 adults comfortably. However, our cabin has the capability to sleep 22 (including children) using alternate sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses, couches, sharing the king beds, and floor mattresses. Please take note of the bedroom and bed setups to make sure our cabin will work for your group.
For larger groups, there’s a $25/night fee per additional person (plus taxes & fees). We've kept this fee as affordable as possible. It only helps cover the extra supplies, utilities, insurance, and natural wear that come with hosting bigger groups. Since this is a large and beautiful home, upkeep is significantly high.
The extra guest fee is our way of making it easier for big families and groups to gather, while also helping us recover basic costs and keep the stay budget-friendly for everyone. So, we kindly ask you to be honest about your group size — misrepresenting it could lead to penalties or cancellation without refund, and we truly want your stay to be nothing but wonderful!

Our property has 4 outdoor cameras.
1st camera is above the garage door. It protects our driveway.
2nd camera is a Ring Doorbell which protects our main entrance.
3rd camera is above the secondary entrance. It protects our secondary entrance.
4th camera is on the 2nd-floor deck protecting that area of the house.

• Enjoy exclusive access; there are no shared spaces—this entire property is yours to relish (except the sauna room)
• The sauna is not available. No access to the sauna room
• Embrace the entire house and 2 large decks as your haven!
• Two convenient in-house laundry rooms, equipped with washer and dryer units, are at your disposal.
• The bedroom on the main level (master bedroom) has a sliding pocket door.

Snow Removal:
Arnold can receive a lot of snow within a few minutes. The highways & roads are snow-plowed by the county. This property is close to the highway & main roads, so getting in & out is easy! However, we'll provide you with contact details of local snow plowers if there's heavy snow. Snow plowing service is an additional cost and the guests can pay for the snow plowers directly. Please check the weather conditions before you arrive.
BBQ Grill:
We have a BBQ grill but don't advertise it since we can't provide propane. You may use the grill if you bring your propane. Some local stores like the Big Trees Market in Arnold have propane tanks. Please clean the grill if you use it.
Bugs & Critters:
Our town is surrounded by the Stanislaus National Forest, which has a lot of wildlife. We do routine pest control, landscaping, and cleanings. However, bugs, critters, bats, and cobwebs are inevitable.
