It has Smart TV, 300mb Wifi fibre internet and all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

This beautiful flat is located just a few minutes walk from Playa de Las Americas and Playa de Troya. It is ideal for families, couples and friends, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with two beautiful bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. A spacious living-dining room with direct access to the beautiful terrace with chill out where you can relax and have breakfast, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and swimming pool in the residential complex where it is located.Perfect for business trips, as it has 300 mb Fibre Wifi Internet and ceiling fan. With an unbeatable location, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, clothes iron, lounge-dining room, large terrace, swimming pool, hair dryer, Internet Wifi fibre optic 300mb, Smart TV, Netflix, sheets and shower towels.

Nur für Partygänger geeignet

Das Apartment ist nur für Partygänger geeignet. In der ganzen Umgebung und auch in der Anlage selbst kehrt erst morgens ab 6:00 Uhr wieder Ruhe ein.
