The new apartment called "San Remo" was completely renovated by us with only high-quality materials and furnished in a modern way, the bathroom and kitchen are also completely new. Already when you wake up you have a great view of the sea right from the bed, when you sit on the sofa in the living room, you see the sea, it accompanies you throughout the apartment, everywhere you are you see the sea.
The spacious terrace offers a comfortable dining area and a relaxation area where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The terrace can be used completely open but also protected from the wind and sun behind 6m long seamless glazing.
The glazing can be opened comfortably and easily and disappears to the side, so that the terrace will be your highlight in any weather.
The well-kept complex "San Remo" offers a barrier-free 20m long pool and a padel tennis court for free use.
Right on the Avenida there is a bakery for your fresh rolls in the morning and there are also other supermarkets for daily needs and nice restaurants of different nationalities within a short walking distance.
