Walk to the swinging bridge, amazing restaurants and even see a rooster or two!

Fully remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bath:
*Master bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite on upper level with dual vanity and walk in shower. Private deck out back. *Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway. One with a queen air mattress as well. *Additional guest bedroom with Full bed and half bath near dining area *Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful. Directions: Historic AG Village: 5 minute walk to great shopping and restaurants Pismo Pier: 3.9 miles Wineries: Timbre (in the Village), Talley Vineyards 5.8 miles
The property does not have a driveway (part of the historic charm). All parking is on the street. Parking is first come first serve on Branch street out front. House is accessed via stairs out front which will lead you up to the main front deck and front door.
There is a separate casita behind main unit for the owners who may stop by from time to time.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Landscaping and trash service is typically on Tuesdays.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

This vacation home is 11.2 mi (19-min drive) away from the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (SBP) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
Great location, very clean, there were plenty of amenities but we were busy with local family away from the VRBO so we didn't use them. The host did a great job communicating before our stay and provided a generous early check in even without us asking for it.
The home was nice, comfortable, and in a great location within walking distance to the Arroyo Grande Village. We enjoyed being able to walk for coffee and scones in the morning and to dinner in the evening.The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the patio was lovely with beautiful potted plants and nice privacy from the neighboring yard.A couple of things to be aware of: parking can be a little challenging since the house is located on a busy street. The rock retaining wall next to the parking area made it difficult to fully open the passenger-side door. Also, there was noticeable highway and street noise throughout our stay.Overall, the home itself was very comfortable, and the walkable location was a big plus.
Beautiful property in a perfect location next to the Arroyo grande Village! We had such a great time and loved that the house is in walking distance to the town. The house was clean and well set up. The host was great and very responsive. We will definitely be back to stay again.
