Located only 3 miles to downtown Arroyo Grande Village, 8 miles to SLO airport and 10 miles to downtown SLO and Cal Poly. Convenient proximity to countless wineries, hiking, biking, beaches.

Enjoy beautiful views, wide open skies and the sounds of owls and coyotes with friends by the fire pit before retiring for the night in your private spaces.

1 dog is OK in apartment.

The Airstream site is located a few hundred feet behind the apartment. Both setups are completely self sustaining, offering the ability to both share time with friends and find privacy and quiet time when you prefer!

Airstream: Sleeps 2 (Queen size bed). 3/4 bath and amazing outdoor shower.

Perfect Stay in a Beautifully Appointed Apartment

My husband and I were exploring the area for a couple of weeks as part of our "next chapter" hunting and tied in the Thanksgiving holiday meet up for family. Tricia and Jason could not have been more helpful and supportive of making sure our stay was comfortable.

Peaceful and really nice !

Really close to San Luis Obispo-17-20 minutes, out in the quiet countryside, very private and beautiful. Accommodations were new, clean and excellent. We would definitely return!

Fun in Arroyo Grande

Our family was in town for a wedding. My husband and I stayed in the apartment and our two adult kids stayed in the AirStream. The apartment was gorgeous, clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The AirStream was adorable and also well stocked with all the little things they needed. The property on the whole is beautiful and relaxing but each individual area was laid out perfectly to make our stay easy and enjoyable.

Tranquil Oasis

This is a wonderful place! Both the “apartment” over the garage and cute little airstream are quite private. Both have outdoor spaces to relax and unwind and well appointed indoor spaces. We love all the wildlife noises and sightings. Their dogs are so sweet and their tangerines are so tasty. This is an awesome rental for two couples to each have their own spaces but then to be able to choose which outdoor spaces to hang out in. This place is also close to beaches, wine country, shops and restaurants. We loved it!

Delightful country life with quick access to city, beaches and wineries

My husband and I, along with our corgi dog Molly, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this special home away from home. We rented both the apartment and the Airstream, and used both very happily. You are nestled in a blissful 5 acre setting amongst eucalyptus trees, orange and avocado orchard with amazing bird life, yet just a very quick drive to the cities of San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, the beaches and numerous outstanding wineries. Airstream: Daily morning coffee at the fire pit, listening to the birds, lounging on the patio chaise lounge chairs, enjoying the super cool outdoor shower and cozy sleeping in a very well appointed new Bambi Airstream. Apartment: stylish and super comfortable, a full kitchen equipped with everything you need, very comfortable bed, a space that invites you to relax. The proprietors are warm and generous hosts in every manner. We look forward to our return!
