The elegant villa "Ca'n Tugores" is situated on the edge of the village of s'Estanyol, in the first line of the sea and not far from the village of Colonia de Sant Pere.
The modern villa is located right next to the 130 m long semi-urban beach of Cala Tono, which gives you direct access to it.
A second beach is located right next to the first one, almost untouched and only frequented by local residents. The beaches are partly sandy, partly covered with incredible rock formations, from which you can also jump into the calm waters. There is a small path next to the house that runs along this beautiful stretch of coastline and leads to other beaches, making it an ideal starting point for short or extended excursions.
This area is located within the "Natural Area of Special Interest Sa Canova d'Artà" of 855 ha, consisting of the extensive Arenal de Sa Canova and a huge pine forest.
Located in a cul-de-sac within the urbanisation, this large villa appeals to those seeking a completely secluded location in secluded nature, a place beyond the hustle and bustle, without sacrificing the advantages of being within walking distance of a town and its amenities. In this case, it is the village of Colonia de Sant Pere, which can also be reached on foot, where you can do your shopping or enjoy a pleasant evening stroll along the promenade, where you can stop off at a cosy typical Mallorcan restaurant.
The villa has a saltwater swimming pool and covered terrace with balcony and outdoor furniture, well equipped for your holiday, facing the sea and offering truly breathtaking views across the bay of Alcudia. Here you can eat outdoors, thanks to the large table with chairs, and even prepare delicious meals on the built-in barbecue.
The rectangular swimming pool is for the private use of our guests and is open to everyone, young and old, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim.
After cooling off, you can relax in the sun on one of the sun loungers available or, if you wish, you can sit and relax in the shade under one of the two parasols.
Passing through the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, you enter the light-filled house again, where you will immediately marvel at the style of the high-quality furnishings. From the terrace you enter the spacious living area, with more than enough space for everyone, including a modern wooden table and 8 high-backed beige armchairs to accompany it. Lighting has been installed throughout the house, both in the living room and in the kitchen, which is located in an adjacent space and is separated from the living room by a wooden framed glass door. The wooden kitchen, with the deliberate contrasts of stainless steel, is also furnished and equipped with quality materials. There is everything you need for your cooking needs, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, ceramic hobs and much more.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via a staircase located within the open plan hall, are the 4 bedrooms, which are spread along this landing. All of them are equipped, two of them with 2 single beds and the other two with comfortable and modern double beds. Each has plenty of storage space in the large, modern wall cupboards, and two of the four bedrooms lead out onto the lush, sun-drenched balcony. Sleeping by an open window, you will enjoy the sound of the sea and wake up cheerfully in the morning to the soothing crashing of the sea waves.
Overall, the cosy "Villa Ca'n Tugores" simply creates a harmonious image of a modern, urban, coastal villa that is a pleasure to live in, whatever the time of year.
The area is residential, so there is ample parking space right in front of the house, it is a very quiet and safe area. Approximately 1 km away is the village of Colonia de Sant Pere, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, a promenade, even bicycle rental companies. There is a promenade just behind the house where you can walk to the village. This promenade runs along the seafront, so it is highly recommended to explore it for short walks with spectacular views.
