The house is located about 250 m from the beach. From the balcony, there is a fantastic view.

The beautiful property is located in the small village of Betlem, about 5 kilometres behind Colonia de Sant Pere, where supermarkets and other commercial facilities can be found. The house, approximately elevated, offers a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. The beach is just 250 metres away.

Two bedrooms have been set up in the holiday home. One is equipped with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom. In the second room, there are two single beds. This room connects to a living room with a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. Another bathroom with a shower has been installed.

In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is also a spacious living-dining room. It has comfortable sofas, TV with DVD/CD player and internet connection. There is room for the whole group at the large dining table.

On the large roof terrace, with wonderful views, there are high-quality furnishings, and the outdoor barbecue for social barbecues is also located here.

On the terrace in front of the house, with direct views of the sea, comfortable seating furniture has been installed. There is a private pool 09x04 m long and other outdoor seating areas, as well as a ping-pong table and comfortable loungers on the soft lawn of the well-maintained garden with Mediterranean plants.
