It is in the heart of a picturesque Breton village, on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan that this charming family house is located. Situated a stone's throw from the Gulf, its beaches and beautiful walks, you will be able to recharge in this preserved nature. This house offers a real asset thanks to its location as you can also visit the neighbouring villages, such as Kerners, Béninze and Port Navalo and reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast in just 15 minutes by bike.
The house has a large garden where you will enjoy pure air and moments of relaxation.
The living area is pleasant, designed for sharing moments. The living room is ideal for sharing a cup of coffee, a game of chess or getting together to chat while enjoying the view of the garden. On cooler days, you will also appreciate lighting a fire in the wood stove and enjoying the warmth it emanates. Then, you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) to prepare delicious dishes. The large wooden table invites you to enjoy them while enjoying a convivial moment.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms. Thus, you can distribute yourselves as you see fit: the first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed ideal for a couple, the second has a double sofa bed, an option for a second couple. Otherwise, upstairs, two other bedrooms have single beds, and the last one is equipped with a bunk bed. All three are attic-style, thus offering cosy spaces.
Upstairs, you will also find another shared space, ideal for meeting in peace, for reading or sharing board games.
For more comfort, the house also has a shower room, a bathroom, two separate toilets, a hairdryer, a back kitchen equipped with a second fridge, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. Two parking spaces are also reserved for you.
