This is a full rental plan for the popular apartment hotel "TKDHOUSE Asahikawa" in Asahikawa!

With a sauna and smart projector available, it’s perfect for home parties, girls' gatherings, sauna sessions, and more.

TKD HOUSE Asahikawa is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from downtown.

We will refund you up to 700 yen per day by airbnb or bank transfer.

Perfect for remote work as it also has wifi and chromecast!

The living room is equipped with a TV and a sofa table.
Since the TV has Chromecast, you can watch YouTube or use it for teleworking, making it a great option for remote work.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook without any issues.

There are two toilets and one sink, so even larger groups can stay comfortably.

In the bedroom, there are two double beds and one double-sized sofa bed.
A Popin Aladdin projector is also installed, so you can relax in bed and watch YouTube or Netflix projected on the wall.

The bathroom has a shower only.

You are free to use all items within the facility.

This is a self-check-in property.

※After your reservation is confirmed, we would like to ask you to provide us with guest information.
1. Full names of all guests.
2. Contact information for all guests.
3. Residential addresses of all guests.
4. Occupations of all guests.
5. Nationality and passport numbers (if there are non-Japanese guests in the group).
6. For non-Japanese guests, please provide a scan of their passports, and for Japanese guests, please provide a scan of an identification document with a face photo.

〇The provided amenities are prepared according to the number of guests in your reservation. If you require additional amenities, please inform us in advance.
〇If you use amenities other than provided ones, additional charges may be incurred.
〇As this is a traditional Japanese-style house, please take off your shoes indoors.
〇Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility.
〇We do not allow pets in this house.
〇To avoid causing inconvenience to the neighboring residents, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down and observe quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM.
〇We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment in the neighborhood.

Please be aware that penalties may be charged in case of violation of the following rules:

※ If the check-out is delayed beyond the check-out time of 10:00 AM without prior notice, the following fees will be applied:
Cleaning staff waiting fee: 5,000 yen (including tax) per 30 minutes
(In case the cleaning cannot be completed on time due to the delayed check-out, additional charges related to the subsequent reservations may be separately billed.)

※ Please do not enter with your shoes on.
※ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. (There are no designated outdoor smoking areas. Please ensure that cigarette butts are fully extinguished and dispose of them properly by using your own portable ashtray.)
※ The cleaning staff will handle the garbage collection after your check-out. Please do not dispose of the garbage in the designated areas and kindly cooperate with proper waste separation.
※ If any provided dishes or amenities are damaged, additional charges will be applied after your check-out. Please be aware that some furniture and appliances are high-value items.
※ Please wash the dishes as much as possible.

Extra charges will apply in the following cases, and we appreciate your understanding:

① Shipping of forgotten items
Items will be shipped with cash on delivery.
* Other fees: 1,500 yen (including tax) per shipment (container costs are separate).

② Disposal of bulky waste such as suitcases and strollers
3,300 yen (including tax) per item (guest's responsibility)
* Other fees: 1,100 yen (including tax) per shipment

③ Same-day cancellation of cleaning due to guest's convenience
In the case of requesting a same-day extension or any other unavoidable cancellation of the cleaning service, an additional cleaning fee for one session will be charged. If there are any changes in the reservation, such as an extension, please inform us at least 24 hours before check-out.
Recently, there have been frequent incidents of staining, damage, and items being taken away. While regular usage of items such as bed sheets will not incur charges, any items with bloodstains or vomit will be subject to actual expenses.

④ Emergency response
We will do our best to meet your requests, but there may be cases where same-day assistance is not possible.
For same-day assistance excluding emergencies, additional fees will apply, and we appreciate your understanding.
Basic fee: 4,400 yen (including tax) per session. *In the case of late-night assistance, late-night fees will apply.
