Struttura recente con stanze dotate di ogni comodità: piano cottura, lavatrice, climatizzazione, terrazzi e comodi spazi. Unica pecca la mancanza di zanzariere e un frigorifero non troppo efficiente. Centro del paese, spiaggia libera e servizi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
