Former farm in an idyllic secluded location on the outskirts of Aschau i. Ch. Towards Bernau am Chiemsee. Very nice view towards Aschau i. Chiemgau and the surrounding mountains on the Zellerhorn. Apartments in the annex, double rooms and apartments in the main house. 300 m to the natural outdoor swimming pool with tennis court and natural moor outdoor swimming pool, each with a kiosk, 1 km to the town and 500 m to the orthopedic children's clinic. 8 km to Lake Chiemsee and 3.4 km to the Kampenwand cable car.
Spacious non-smoking apartment, 40 sqm with balcony. Large extra bedroom with double bed. Eat-in kitchen with kitchenette, dining area, pull-out couch and flat-screen digital satellite TV, WiFi, radio. Bathroom with shower / toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels available. No pets.

Eisfach im KĂŒhlschrank leider defekt. Funktional eingerichtet. Liegt etwas außerhalb von Aschau in ruhiger Lage. Wohnung wirkt recht dunkel.
