Both apartments can be connected or separated using an internal door.

Another 11 people can vacation in the neighboring holiday home.
For larger groups, a total of 21 beds are available in 3 objects on the same 1 hectare property.

In the two apartments offered here you will find the following rooms:
- 2 living rooms
- 2 fully equipped kitchens
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds

The bathrooms each have a shower, hand wash basin and toilet.
In both living rooms there is a TFT television (Astra, German programs) and a sitting area.
An L-shaped kitchen (integrated in the living room) and a kitchenette are equipped with electric cookers + ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, fridge-freezers and all the usual small electrical appliances including dishes for 10 people.
You will find another freezer in the hallway.

Electric heaters are located throughout the house.
From the living room you look directly at the yard where your children can play or directly at the edge of the forest where the forest animals can be observed from time to time.
Two dining tables for 5 people each and two cozy seating areas offer enough space for 10 people.
Alternatively, a children's chair for a toddler can be placed at each of the two dining tables.

Some of them were renovated in 2016.

The electric radiators in all rooms create a pleasant climate in the entire house and are recorded separately for the property together with all other electrical consumers and offset against the deposit at the end of the holiday.
