Private: natural state property 1'367 m2, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Fiskland" 5 km, railway station "Marnadal" 53 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 km, sandy beach 2 km (small), bathing lake "Storavatnet" 1 km, lake Øre 3 km.
