We stayed a full week. The room was stark. Tacky. Nothing to make one feel comfortable. The valet car system did not work (phone app) and they even lost our far keys for 25 minutes. The valet’s response “Don’t ask me, I just got here” the temperature was between 20-30 degrees and valet didn't think to leave the car heater on until we arrived. (Valet was at front door) Requested after 3 days if we could get our sheets changed and we were told there are extra sheets in the closet. No dresser to put clothes into so had to live out of our suitcase. We would never recommend this hotel. We go to Asheville often and will stay at those proven nice in the past.
