Poor Service and Housekeeping

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a hotel and it’s housekeeping. We checked in for a 3 night stay and were told upon checking in that housekeeping services were available upon request only. The clerk told us specifically, if we wanted services then we needed to request it in the morning. So we stayed the night only to be told the next morning that we had to request housekeeping at least 24 hours in advance. We shared what was told to us by the previous clerk but this new person was unmoved. We asked for the manager and she proceeded to tell us she was the only manager and there was no one else. She was rude & very matter of fact about the situation, We tried to make the most of our stay but were really disappointed when we tried to get ice only to find our ice bucket wasn’t changed from the previous guests! Not to mention the shower soap dispenser was empty and the bed frame was really squeaky. Needless to say, we’d never book this hotel again.

Clean room, nice and bright bathroom, good weekend breakfast options, friendly staff. However, parking is very tight so don't bring a large pickup or any trailer onto the site because no place to turn around. The staff needs direction about how to handle noisy guests...we had kids next door and above that liked to bounce basketballs...staff knew, but no action taken. Housekeeping is done IF you ask for it. Otherwise you're on your own.

Very convenient. The price is very reasonable but keep in mind there is no housekeeping without a 24 hour notice. I didn't care if I had to make my bed. Breakfast is the same everyday but there is a variety of choices. Check in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here more than once and will book again.

The overall stay wasn’t horrible, as they did offer breakfast. But when I got there for check-in it just seemed odd that random ppl were hanging out around the outside of property. There was a young woman drinking a beer and hanging out in the laundry area & Not washing clothes, which this was across from my room. So I felt off about that. The bedding was dirty also.

Exceptional staff!! :)

Every employee was friendly and professional. The lobby, hallway(s), and room was clean. Good lighting and accessible parking lot. We arrived late and were still able to find a spot. The woman managing breakfast was PHENOMENAL. On top of all the needs of everyone in the dining room and kept all the foods (both hot and cold) refilled. Outstanding job by all the staff, and the facility was nice.
