This 1st floor two-bedroom features one king main ensuite bedroom and a king guest ensuite bedroom, along with a half bath in the living area. High quality furnishings and linens combine the comfort of a home with the luxury of a fine hotel. Also enjoy a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen and a full dining table for making shared meals and wonderful memories.

Electric Vehicle Owners: there`s a dedicated parking spot in garage for a mid-size car which includes an EV Charger outlet. Vehicle length cannot exceed 16 ft, no exceptions.

So many entry codes, and I couldn't find the message/email with them when we arrived. The condo was spacious, but, because it was an old factory, the bedrooms/bathrooms had no natural light. The music from the piano bar across the street, and from the front doors opening and closing were mildly annoying, as were the audible conversations in the hallway. Otherwise, everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We enjoyed our stay there.

The condo was spacious and modern with very tall ceilings. It was well furnished. The convenience of staying downtown did come with some of the sounds of the neighborhood. The music from piano bar across the street could be heard pretty clearly in the living room, but stopped fairly early on the weekdays. The check-in instructions were a bit overwhelming and we got to meet some of our VRBO neighbors that we also trying to sort them out. The garage door is the one with the address number above it. The unit number was on the same line as the address. The outlet in the garage was very helpful for our EV road trip. I believe it is a NEMA 14-50.

We loved our stay here! Great location, walk to so much. Place is super cute and very clean. Two king bedrooms with en suites and an additional half bathroom. You can hear the music from the piano bar (from across the street) just in the living room. It didn't bother us at all. We'd definitely come back!

Beyond Expectations

It is rare when a rental surpasses your expectations, but this place was amazing. Clean, cool, central, comfortable. We loved the decor of the building and unit, the safety of the private garage and ability to walk everywhere. We will stay here again and cannot recommend this place more highly.

Great location

Great location to get to know downtown Asheville. The other reviews about the piano bar across the street are accurate, it can be heard late in the evening. Everything was great. Parking the first time was a bit of a challenge but once we found it, it was all good!. Would recommend additional kitchen and cooking basics. Will recommend to friends.

Family Gathering

The location was perfect for exploring downtown. The condo offered ample room for relaxation and family interaction. The kitchen was nice but the dishes/utensils/etc. were a little scarce if you are cooking. Thankfully the number of amazing restaurants nearby means that cooking is not necessary. We would definitely consider this location for our next visit. Overall we were very pleased.

Great stay!

The apartment was beautiful! Very unique decor and comfortable. There is noise at night from the bars nearby but the but the bedrooms are quiet. The location is perfect for walking to downtown shops and restaurants and it’s just a few steps away from the Saturday farmers market. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week in Asheville!

The condo is in a great location, and parking was a bonus. The condo was lovely overall, but for a luxury apt. building, the walls were paper thin. We contacted the property management daily as an alarm was going off nonstop on the elevator (communications failure light). They were responsive at first and assured us that the HOA had called the elevator company, but it was never fixed and was still beeping 4 days later. We could also hear hallway noise, the elevator in general, the music at the piano bar, and the neighbor's alarm when the TV was not on. It seems to be a building of mostly rentals so there's no one really watching the property. However, our overall visit was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, and again, you can't beat the location!

Awesome Place

This place was on another level awesome! From the decor, the location, communication...it was all first class! The private parking was a major plus as well. We felt very comfortable and safe our entire stay. Can't wait to get back!

Perfect Place in Downtown Asheville

Perfect condo for a weekend in Asheville. We loved the location. It's walking distance to lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The condo also comes with a parking spot in the basement parking garage. The condo is more of a hotel feel. It has only a few dishes and cups. There are no games and you need to use your own streaming services. Other than that it was a wonderfully clean place to stay with comfy beds and linens.

Perfect location and beautiful condo!

My sister and I stayed in this condo for her birthday celebration. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. It is beautiful, well appointed and very roomy. First class appliances and linens. I will warn that the garage parking is a bit tight so do not plan on driving or renting a large van. The location is in the heart of downtown Asheville. You can walk to a number of restaurants, shops and galleries. If and when I return to Asheville, I will definitely rent this condo again.

Excellent property and location!

We had a great time at this condo. Check in was easy and having a dedicated parking space downtown was a huge plus. The condo itself was very nice and clean and actually nicer than it looks in the pictures. Short walk to everything downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing property

This condo was in a great location in downtown Asheville. It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The condo itself was beautiful, with plenty of room. We are definitely planning on staying there again.

Perfect downtown loft

This place is perfect if you want to spend time downtown and in the South Slope. The property was wonderful and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend! we plan on staying here again in the spring.

Great downtown location

Condo was stunning with a great floor plan and design. Appliances and decor were top of the line. Very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. Note, there is a piano bar directly across the street that you will hear from the living room and master. Especially loud on the weekend. Would be nice to have tv's in the bedrooms to help drown out the noise. Another suggestion is to add an exterior picture of the parking garage to the map. It would help to know what you're looking for. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this property.

Great spot

Such a sweet location and a cool & comfortable condo! We loved walking to restaurants, breweries, shops, exploring downtown, and enjoying our time in Asheville. You can hear piano bar from living room, but not from the bedrooms.
