All the staff from valet, to check in to housekeeping were friendly. Every front desk member I met or spoke to were extremely helpful. and warm in their responses, Nicole, Angel, Joseph and anyone else that worked during our stay. Location is perfect, right next to a great breakfast place Grene Sage (also great staff and food). Valet staff work hard..only downfall was no pool but other than that room was perfect!

Wonderful hotel but street noise at night

Hotel and staff were wonderful! Very convenient to all of downtown Asheville. The staff were very polite and helpful with suggestions for dinner, parking etc. We travelled with our dog and the hotel was very dog friendly. So many restaurants with patios that allowed dogs and all of the stores did as well. Our only complaint is the street noise late night in the room. We were on the 8th floor facing Pack Square and the motorcycles circling and revving of engines went on until 1 am Friday - Sunday night. Monday night was fairly quiet. This is not the fault of the hotel but the city should crack down on the noise ordinance if they have one!

Everything and everyone was absolutely amazing. The minute we arrived, the valet spotted the bikes on the car and gave great recommendations for bike parks and trails. Housekeeping was quick and efficient. Our pup was welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend stating here.

Family Trip to Ashville

This was a family vacation to Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We were extremely pleased with the Kimpton Hotel in every area. This a beautiful hotel, with excellent staff. Rooms are very nice, beds comfortable and the bath was large and roomy. Several added pluses with appetizers and water/wine in the evenings. I did not know the parking was valet and an extra cost, but parking is so limited in that area, so it worked out fine. The valet service personal was very friendly, and they will bring your car as often as you may need in a day. We did not experience the restaurant, but I'm sure it was as nice as the rest of the hotel. You are able to order food for your room. Very convenient to shops and eateries within walking distance. Overall, we were so pleased with our choice of stay.
