Welcome to our home in Beautiful Asheville N.C.! We have a lovely Ranch Style house in West Asheville located conveniently off of Interstate 40 at Exit 44. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to all major throughways around Asheville. Home details: 3 Bedroom/ 2 Baths, sleeps 6, (Max 7 occupancy,) 3 Queens, all bedrooms have closets, all modern amenities included, AC/HEAT, microwave, stove top range oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, hall towel/sheet closet, hall coat closet, swimming pool for the summer months, acrylic hot tub, back deck, grill and lounge area around pool. Cable, WiFi, 2 Flat Screen TV's and DVD players.

(NO SINGLE WEEKEND DAY RENTALS. YOU HAVE TO BOOK BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS)

Location

We are located in West Asheville in an area called Enka/Candler. Our home is right off of I-40/Exit 44, just over a mile to the house from the Exit. The convenience of the location is wonderful. I-40 can take you anywhere in the surrounding area that you could hope for quickly. A mile from our Exit is also the merge for I-26 and I-240 that circles Asheville. I-26 can take you directly to the Airport within 20 minutes from our home. Brevard, N.C. 25 min, Cherokee 45+min, Charlotte 2 hours, Columbia, S.C, 1.45mins, Greenville, S.C. 1 hour. 3 hours to Charleston S.C.. Downtown Asheville is accessible via Patton Ave (10 minutes). Also via I-40E to 240E (15 min).

Wonderful rental

My family of 5 enjoyed this property so much! It had plenty of room for us all, and it was clean and stocked. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The host was very helpful and kind . We will definitely use this house again if visiting Asheville in the future.

Great location for access to Asheville, huge pool

Asheville is a great getaway and this is property is a good value at a good location. It is a short drive to the art district and Carrier Park is nearby (lots of hiking/biking trails), dog park, float or kayak down the river. The house was clean and the pool was a lot of fun the pool is larger than most hotel pools and it’s all yours. I did give only 4 stars, would give 4 1/2 if I could. The hot tub wasn’t working the week we were there. Although the owner did try, getting his handyman to work on it throughout the week.

Wonderful Relaxing Asheville Retreat

Issue with the property

Unfortunately, there was a lot of issue with this property. The pool area was nice, but the inside of the home had many issues that should have been resolved before we got there. Broken windows, A/C thermostat falling off the wall, very loud neighbors across the street, front porch light not working among other things. The owner was quick to respond and was willing to fix them, but I was traveling with my dogs on business and did not want people in the home when I was gone. Again, these issues should have been fixed before we arrived.

Romantic getaway

We had requested an earlier check in time because we had a wedding rehearsal and wanted some time to get ready and drop our bags off before and Shane was kind enough to grant this for us and give us the code well before we were there. Our daughter ended up getting sick so we didn’t actually get in until almost 10pm that Friday night. The weather was unfortunately not on our side but we still swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was so easy. It felt like home away from home and if all listings are like this one, I’ll never use a hotel again. The only thing that threw us off was that there are names on a plaque on the outside and in the welcome book that were not on the sight? Obviously that’s a silly thing but it threw our tired brains. Haha the furniture was comfortable! I was in love with the pillows lol and there were just so many little touches that just made things easier than expected. And during checkout, we had ended up using more towels than expected and hadn’t budgeted our time for 2 loads of laundry, Shane was kind enough to give us the extra time needed to throw the second load in the dryer. I was very worried about this as we have only ever stayed in hotels and there is a strict out time. I couldn’t have been more thankful for the ease and stress free experience. We may even try to come back with the kids lol Thank you for the use of your beautiful home❀

I loved the stay we didn’t get to use the pool but we were ok with that .

It’s a beautiful home and the host is really responsive. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was getting cleaned out but overall it was lovely .

Wonderful Hottub

The jacuzzi was invigorating, new with strong jets, lights & Bluetooth; but with the exorbitant depo$it we were surprised to find such a modest house. We had a pleasant stay, but the final morning was totally devoted to cleaning and chores despite a cleaning fee.

Biltmore Trip

The house was clean and maintained. We loved using the hot tub during our trip. It was great for easing our muscle pain and arthritis! Good location to everything you need. My husband has family in the area that visited while we were their so it was nice for them to be able to visit us.

Wonderful communication

This was a great, clean property so close to downtown Asheville. The owners had wonderful communication and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. My fiancé and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Asheville with our friends. Will plan to book them next year for our trip

Very convenient to downtown Asheville, great family house, pool and hot tub!

Our three generation group had a nice time. As formal Asheville residents, we appreciated the convenience to everything we wanted to do, as well as the option to come "home" and entertain everyone in the pool and hot tub. Property managers were super available to make sure any questions were answered. Would definitely recommend. And stay again for a casual family get together!
