This condo is located in a secured building that is accessible with a unique PIN. We came here for a few days away- location was absolutely amazing! We walked everywhere and were truly in the heart of it all. The place was wonderful- bed and linens were comfortable. Full kitchen available. Quiet street and neighbors. Will definitely try to stay here again

Great Location for Walking Downtown Asheville

Stayed for a short trip and wanted to be able to walk to most downtown attractions. The location of the condo was perfect for visiting downtown breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and the North Carolina Stage Company. Inside the condo is very clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Parking was easy and convenient.

This was one of the nicest VRBO‘s. I’ve stayed at.immaculately, clean beautifully appointed ideal location. I had trouble checking in as I was not Internet savvy. When I called on a Sunday late afternoon, someone immediately answered and dispatched the person who was there within 5 to 10 minutes to solve my problems. Everyone was friendly helpful and made me feel like a valued guest.

Great location and nice place.

All around great experience. The only negative we had was upon arrival the condo was 84 degrees. It took all night to get it cool enough to sleep comfortably. But the next day once it was cooled down it was perfect. Maybe just keep the air set to a reasonable temp before guests arrive.
