New Year, New Look! Our home is centrally located with quick access to downtown, Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, restaurants, breweries, music venues, shopping and more. We are in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and the spacious studio apartment has it's own entrance, off-street parking, and all the amenities you need for your stay. We welcome your pups with an additional $50 pet fee and the fenced in yard offers a great space for your pups to play.

Cozy little apartment

Cozy little apt. The walkway leading to it needs a little more lighting and maybe some directions posted. The driveway was confusing. Very tiny. Bathroom is really small. Shower was even smaller so dont expect any 2 person showers. Very clean though! She does leave complimentary coffee & hot choc for guests but no other

The bed was very comfortable. The host was very responsive to a lighting concern we had. It was very close to downtown AVL. The driveway was a little problematic when we arrived - it was raining and getting dark. The kitchenette was adequate, since we ate all of our meals out or carried in. There was plenty of room for the two of us. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the late afternoon to read. There is still some work going on there. All in all, the space was comfortable and adequate for our short stay.

Orange Peel concert getaway

Needed a place near the Orange Peel that would allow our small dog. This was perfect. It’s not fancy, but was clean and private and as advertised.

Lovely place to stay — cozy and comfortable

The place was comfortable and cozy, brightly decorated, a beautifully done and imaginative conversion of the space. All the necessities of daily living were there. The location was not right downtown but close enough. The porch rockers were relaxing. Impressive: One evening animals knocked over the full garbage pail of the people upstairs, blocking the path in. It was cleaned up by 8 am the next day. One negative: the twisting path down from the parking level, mostly dirt, mostly without a rail, was difficult if not dangerous, especially carrying suitcases. It was an invitation to twist an ankle.

Awesome, clean, and cozy stay!

Thank you so much for the great spot for a few days in Asheville. It was in a super convenient location, I was able to work at the cute desk, the bed was super comfy, everything was clean, and there was even a dog door for our doggie!

Perfect for dog owners!

The place was a bit musty upon arrival, but after the air conditioning kicked in and the outside temp dropped it got much better. It’s perfect for dog and parents because it has a nice yard right off the patio that allows them to run around and do their “business”. We stayed here last year and the owners have made several nice upgrades and it is perfect for a couples get away with your dogs!

Cozy, comfy and cleaning fee actually means something!

Had a quick trip for a wedding and this ended up being so perfect. Location was great, set up was just what we needed for having dogs. The bed is spacious and super comfortable. Oh and don’t panic if you don’t get check out instructions, because there’s nothing to do! Her exact words were “ Nope, you don’t have to do anything, I’ll take care of it all. You pay a cleaning fee so that you don’t have to clean. 😁” Much appreciated and we’ll be back!

Cozy stay within walking distance to downtown AVL

Cozy spot with all the essentials for a quality stay. Easy Uber/Lyft into town and a nice downhill walk back. Very quiet neighborhood with a park across the street.

Great little spot in Asheville

My best friend and I came to Asheville for a quick trip and spent our night in this adorable VRBO. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making the space inviting and nice to be in. The owner was very responsive when I had questions and I would definitely stay here again. Just a note that, as with a lot of places in the mountains, there are a lot of stairs to get down to the property and a stair step up into the bathroom so that's something to be aware of if stairs are a challenge for you.

A little oasis

It was a cozy, comfy place—everything we needed! The location is great—easy access to the Biltmore and downtown. The Vrbo manager was quick to respond to my messages; she offered some great suggestions for restaurants and activities. We wouldn’t think twice about going again!

Happy Asheville Trip

Close to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. Would like window shades or additional drapes for privacy. Could use an over-the-door multi-hook for the bathroom for hand towel, bath towel, or clothes.
