This beautiful home offers the best of both worlds - a secluded location on 0.77 wooded acres, yet less than six miles from the excitement of downtown Asheville. You'll find an eclectic mix of indie boutiques, chic restaurants, and cutting-edge art galleries there. Picturesque forest views await right outside your door in this peaceful neighborhood.

Artistic decor features throughout this stylish 2,778 square-foot home, where cathedral ceilings and antique heart pine floors take center stage. Play a round of billiards, then step outside to take a dip in the private hot tub. A waterfall for added ambience. Cathedral ceilings soar in the stylish living area - enjoy streaming a movie on the smart TV. Map out plans for the day in the office. The game room has a queen sofa bed, a pool table, and a smart TV.

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample space to work your culinary magic. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar. Gather for a family-style feast at the adjacent dining table.

Take in relaxing sights and sounds from the comfort of the deck. The outdoor space features a private hot tub, serene waterfall and firepit.

Things to Know
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).The fireplace is not operational. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Great Stay

We had a great stay at Heartwood Manor. The house was super clean and cozy. We had 9 people in our group and had plenty of room in the house and plenty of parking. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens for both bed and bathroom. It was too cold to use the outdoor space much but it was gorgeous and I hated we didn't get to take advantage. The location was great- quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Our main purpose was visiting the Biltmore and I think it was an easy 20 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

Came up with my family for Christmas at Biltmore. House was in a good location, easy to find and check in/out was a breeze. Would book the house again. There ARE steps to get inside but are not a problem to navigate

Great place for Christmas!

My family and I stayed here for Christmas, and it was a lovely place! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen came equipped with most things you would need to cook. The house is also right by a grocery store and Walgreens, which was great for last minute items. We very much enjoyed it and would stay here again!

Overall great stay and beautiful home

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed everything. The only issues were that the bedding for the pull-out couch was not left out so we had to reach out to management for access to the locked closet in order to set the bed up. We also are currently dealing with an issue of a few left items and have been unable to get the issue resolved with TurnKey management.

Exceeds expectations

The pictures of this listing do not do the property justice! We were blown away at the attention to detail and interior design of the house. Already planning our next stay here. Minor things, wish there would have been laundry detergent and dishwasher soap provided. The downstairs bedrooms could use mirrors above their dressers to make up for the small vanity space on the first floor. But otherwise this house was perfect for our two families of four with kids 3 months old, 3, 6 and 9. We even found a surprise portable crib in the master closet! Thanks for a great trip to Asheville.
