The room was absolutely huge. Bigger than some apartments. Well laid out and loved the enormous shower and jetted tub. However there were a few negatives as well. We could hear the people above us clearly. Probably because of the hardwood floors. The other negatives were the pool and hot tub facilities. The hot tub was taped off and not available but nothing was said during check in. The pool was supposed to be heated but at 4:30pm it was very cold and certainly not heated to a temp comfortable enough for swimming. In addition it was absolutely filthy around the pool with a lot of debris in the pool and around the lounge area. Loungers were moldy and the towels musty. It had clearly not been attended to in several days. So room was really good but the facilities were not.

On the good side - fantastic location, beautiful decor, terrific staff attentiveness and friendliness. The downside was several annoyances like icemaker didn't work, couldn't reach glassware in high shelf, bed was soft and ridiculously squeaky, outdoor seating was filthy.

The Residences at Biltmore is an upscale complex of condominiums that is close to Biltmore House, Biltmore Village and numerous excellent Restaurants. The property is well maintained and has a fabulous small bistro style restaurant (Azelea) on site. We rented a 3 bedroom condo and were very pleased. The floor plan was spacious, with a full kitchen, 2 full baths and a lovely balcony. The rooms were large and comfortably furnished. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Asheville!

The property was nice and cozy, and a fun Birthday Getaway. The elevator needs some work, the doors either closed fast when we were trying to load the cart full of our belongings, or super slow without tje cart. Otherwise, we loved staying there.

Booked this hotel for the hot tub and it was not working. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that it has not been working. Front desk, Justin, was rude when we tried to check in at 3:45 instead of 4:00. Many other people were already checking in way before 4:00. Things were pretty clean except for the brown sofa that could use an update. The toilet seat broke during our stay. We had a 1st floor unit and we could hear the people above us walking across the floor all day and night. The trauma hospital is across the street so we heard ambulances and loud helicopters right next to the hotel at all hours. Balcony was great! Don't know if I will stay again. If I do, the hot tub needs to be working and I need a top floor room. And ear plugs!!!!

Loved stating here. Clean, quiet and safe. Perfectly located between Biltmore and Downtown. They put out a newsletter with all the weekend activities and a list of local breweries and wineries with address and hours. The hot tub was done for repairs, so it would have been nice to have been told that at check in or through email ahead of time. Staff was awesome and restaurant was reasonably priced.
