The property was spacious and lovely. There is dedicated parking right outside the unit. The Maple Apartment has two full bathrooms, a small kitchenette, a very nice dining area/living area, and two bedrooms. Everything was very clean and functional. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. It was a perfect location to access downtown Ashland, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park as well as restaurants and the food co-op. The unit was comfortable for 3 people and it was nice to have a little extra space and an extra bathroom. It was very clean and well stocked. The host was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO!

The place was perfect for our needs. Great location to experience all of Ashland and the surrounding areas. Walkable to so many places and sights. We did not need full kitchen so had what we needed for coffee and toasting bagels. Would have liked ice. Very comfortable queen bed and a fantastic bathtub.

Raliegh is a fantastic host, and reached out with wonderful recommendations for my sister and I during our visit! The apartment is very cozy, clean and well kept. The shared yard area is lovely, and feels very welcoming as you step through the laurel bush over the gate. We will be renting here again, and hopefully the weather will not be a winter storm so we can go on some of the hikes recommended!

Lovely place to stay!

We spent two nights here and had a lovely time. It's a very cozy, clean, comfortable suite. I wish the fridge was bigger but the owner has done a fabulous job of maximizing such a small kitchenette space.

Cute, quiet, 2-bedroom cottage with nice host and parking. Although the kitchenette was minimal, it had everything we needed. We didn’t cook, but rather we enjoyed the great restaurants just a short walk away.
