Hello! Look no further! We are excited to share our CoZzzy Cottage with you and/or your family! Are you looking to experience Geneva State Park, Ohio’s Wine Country, the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake “strip”, dining/shopping at The Ashtabula Harbor along with Covered Bridges galore… then you picked the right place! We are centrally located in Saybrook-on-the-Lake, Ohio, which is less than 5 miles to the GOTL Strip, 20 minutes to the wineries & 10 minutes to Ashtabula Harbor/Bridge St!

2 story CoZzzy Cottage in a small community on Lake Erie. With a small view of the lake from the house, but full access to a beautiful view of Lake Erie where you can sit and watch the amazing sunsets. 1 queen bed in the room with a small lake view & baby crib right next to the bed. To the left of the stairs, a floor bunk bed (weight limit of 160lbs) w/half bathroom. I do not recommend all adults. USE BUNKS AT OWN RISK. Please note, there are no doors for the bedrooms, they are open to the stairs.

Full size sofa bed in the living room.

Please note that we can not guarantee all areas are baby proofed and safe for all children.

Relax outside on our pergola covered patio with a small lake view through the trees, but feel free to walk down Billow Beach and watch the sunset! Saybrook Corner Store is in walking distance for any snacks or alcohol, along with Dollar General for home goods, and breakfast/lunch at The Little Pie Shop restaurant. ALL IN WALKING DISTANCE. If you are headed out, Sunset Taxi will pick you up and take you where you want to go...including wineries!

We are a private community called Billow Beach. We have a lot of older folks, so please be respectful. Take a walk down to see the water, but please STAY CLEAR OF THE STAIRS GOING DOWN TO LAKE!!! THEY ARE UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS.

NO WATER ACCESS.
