The kitchen has been tastefully renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms feature a tub/shower combination. Outside the spacious living area is a balcony with seating and great views.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. Amazing spot right at the bottom of Aspen Mountain off lift one

Amazing condo to stay in for a week of skiing with family and friends. The three large rooms with their own bathrooms gave us plenty of space to sprawl out. The front desk lady Fernanda was amazing at communicating! We would recommend this place just based on her alone. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. He was able to fix our garbage disposal within the first few minutes of us letting them know it was not working properly. I would stay here again for sure!

Loved our time at Lift One

We really enjoyed our week at Lift One. The room was functional. It was great that they came through and helped us with our dishes everyday. The view from our back porch was delightful. And the location was absolutely perfect. We were a pleasant 2 block walk to Wagner Park, which felt like the hearth of Aspen. It was only a couple more blocks to the main gondola up Aspen mountain. We walked almost everywhere we went. The staff was friendly and helpful. And I particularly appreciated that the bedrooms came fitted with blackout shades. Highly recommend!
