This charming 4-room semi-detached vacation rental spans 110 m2 across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and tastefully furnished dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a television, as well as a separate WC. A small yet fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level. Direct access to the garden is available from the ground floor. The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and houses all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains 2 beds, with a private exit to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is a small open room with 1 bed. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor. Throughout the property, elegant parquet floors add warmth and character to the interior.
