Eine sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen und eine Flasche Asti Spumante.

Wat een cadeautje!

Een prachtige woning, netjes, mooie omgeving, rustig, zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en een hele lieve kat en hond. Tuin vol met bloemen en terrein is afgeschermd met hekwerk, overkapte eethoek met bbq en ventilator en spectaculair uitzicht. Eigenaren wonen er ook en hebben zeer veel respect voor de privacy van de gasten. Kortom een cadeautje voor ons!

Il Cavaliere Juli/August 2022

Ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Alles war so wie beschrieben, wenn nicht besser. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet sehr viel Platz. Die teilweise hohen Temperaturen (35-38°) waren selbst ohne Klimaanlage (ein Ventilator war vorhanden) im Erdgeschoss nachts gut auszuhalten. Die freundlichen und höflichen Vermieter, die im Nachbarhausteil leben, waren präsent aber sehr diskret. Der Pool war wirklich nur für uns exklusiv. Er ist durch die niedrige Tiefe insbesondere für Kinder gut geeignet, man kann aber auch als Erwachsener schwimmen. Wer Katzen und Hunde mag, kommt voll auf seine Kosten, wobei die Vermieter stets sichergestellt haben, dass das für uns ok war. Die Lage ist ganz ausgezeichnet: Sehr ruhig auf dem Land und doch nur 15 Fahrminuten von Asti und der Autobahn entfernt. Turin haben wir in einer Stunde stressfrei mit dem Zug erreicht, im Nachbarort Baldichieri (10 Min) ist ein Regionalbahnhof mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Abwechselnd mit Kulturausflügen haben wir auch einige schöne Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung unternommen. Wikiloc z.B. bietet hier eine Vielzahl von Vorschlägen. Insgesamt: Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Ferien bei Manuela in der Nähe von Asti. Wir haben die Ruhe am Haus genossen und Ausflüge nach Turin und sogar an die ligurische Mittelmeerküste unternommen (Arenzano). Wunderbar!

Mooi en rustig gelegen huis, niet ver van Asti. Manuela, de gastvrouw ontving ons hartelijk met zelfgemaakte taart en bubbels. In het huis was alles aanwezig.

La nostra esperienza presso Casa Manuela è andata ben oltre le aspettative. Ad accoglierci ottimo moscato della zona e crostata preparataci dalla proprietaria. Ci tengo a sottolineare la pulizia trovata al nostro arrivo, persino spugne nuove in cucina oltre a ventilatori,zanzariere e motorini per zanzare. La presenza rassicurante ma non invadente dei proprietari. La privacy della zona piscina. Vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e della bellezza della zona. Rende molto di più dal vivo.

Ottima accoglienza , proprietaria molto simpatica ,posto bello e vicino ad Asti ... Unico bemolle : la corrispondenza con Interchalet in inglese o in tedesco per una casa in Italia e vacanzieri francesi -anche se capiscono e parlano l'inglese -non mi risulta idonea .

Logement très propre, grand, et bien décoré.Manuela nous a très bien accueilli. Vous avez droit à un gâteau fait maison a votre arrivée. Le cadre est très agréable et bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement cette location. Conseils de voyage: Région très intéressante et viticole.

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin mit Kuchen und einer Flasche Asti. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, teilweise mit Antiquitäten. in der Küche fehlt nichts, selbst Spülmittel, Küchentücher und Gewürze sind vorhanden.Alles war sehr sauber.Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, da das Grundstück abgeschhlossen ist.ZDF war zwar als einziger deutscher Sender zu empfangen, reichte uns aber um die Nachrichten zu sehen. Asti und die bekannten Weinanbaugebiete sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben dieRuhe und das Ambiente sehr genossen. Reisetipps: Asti, Barolo, La Morra, aber auch das Aostatal.Sehr empfehlenswert: Ein Besuch des Agriturismo "Fiordaliso" in Azzano`d Asti! Reservierung erforderlich.
