This hotel has it all together, which is rare. The rooms are clean and in good shape and the Nile views are lovely. The gardens look great too. The breakfast is very complete. And the staff are very professional. I have seen a couple of criticisms pop up about this hotel that I would like to respond to: 1) some people think the hotel needs a little refreshing. I did not find this the case. The style might not always be contemporary but everything is clean and in excellent condition. 2). The noise. The road nearby is bustling all night long, like a lot of Egypt. In my Nile-view room, I never had a problem with noise. But the garden view rooms are closer to the street, so perhaps that is where this problem arises from. But I recommend booking the Nile view room!

We did not need airport shuttle. We used private transfer from Luxor to Aswan. Humbling experience during the stay. People were so amazing, our laundry was done for the next day, super affordable. The staff was incredible, we celebrated our anniversary during the trip. The hotel gave us a cake which we shared with the staff. The sunset boat ride was expectacular. For sure the beat hotel we stayed in Egypt

Great hotel in Aswan

The staff were excellent and hotel was very nice overall! The rooms were clean but could do with some updating. Good AC which was needed in this heat. Restaurant food was okay. Perfect location for town, excursions and cruises. Would highly recommend!

Restaurant and other staff were wonderful. Room layout was great. Air conditioner was loud and had a very bright light which made it difficult to sleep. We booked two Nile view rooms and were given one that had an obstructed view. The manager moved us to a new room that had a Nile view after we complained. The bed pillows were not comfortable at all. Overall though, it was a good stay.

excellent staff - effective, friendly, funny, caring. pool and pool area was great. bar area by the water was superb. quiet and interesting with great views. rooms are small but compact and fine. (windows need more security - easy to “break” in). i avoided leaving the property.
