The frontdesk staff are polite and helpful. The room is great - spacious, clean and has great amenity. It has a continuously filled and always hot onsen which is super convenient, and we enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast was good in terms of variety and the quality. We enjoyed the ocean view, private onsen in the balcony, nice breakfast, relaxing lounge on 2nd Fl (but music too loud) and location of the hotel. Only thing we did not like was the slippery tiles in the shower. I almost fell, the tiles were slippery & there is no grab bar. Very dangerous and I started to wear the black slipper you put outside in the balcony when I took the shower.
