A 154 sq.m spacious designer loft with a double outdoor Jacuzzi-pool overlooking Acropolis and the famous Varvakeios market,located at the heart of both historical and modern Athens.
The loft on the 7th floor of a 60's industrial building into the heart of the historical center just few minutes walk from the Acropolis. The loft provides everything for a comfortable and modern stay. It has the capacity of covering the needs of 4 ppl. The perfect place for every guest who wants to stay in Athens and close to the main monuments, as well as for long stays and business travelers. The loft has one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a wardrobe room, a large bathroom, large living room with a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, and a fully functional kitchen. The living room is full of large windows, so you can enjoy the beautiful Acropolis and city view! There is balcony with a double Jacuzzi to refresh you during the hot summer days in Athens ! It is set to keep satisfied every guest and it can host up to 4 ppl at the same time. Across the street of the apartment is the famous Varvakeios market, the central market of fish, meat and vegetables of Athens, where all the big restaurants buy there the most fresh products to cook, so you can try also yourselves and you can taste the large variety of the mediterranean cuisine.

In the light of coronavirus COVID-19 we have tried to make our place a virus resistant place for our guests’, employees’ health & safety. That’s why we have taken preventive steps:
- alcohol-based hand sanitizer, - all the often - touched surfaces both soft and hard wiped down with disinfectants,
- all linen washed with disinfectant detergent

It is easily reached from Athens International airport by metro (Blue Line - Monastiraki station - 5-7min walking to the apartment). Or we can easily arrange your pick up from airport/port.

Psirri area is across the historical center of Athens, next to Plaka and Monastiraki areas. It is in the middle of all Athens historical sights, in an area which is full of nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, theaters and art gallerries. Everything that someone has to see are in walking distance. In 10 minutes walk you can be in the Acropolis museum and 1 minute to Monastiraki metro station which is directly connected to the airport as well as the port of Piraeus. Also, the most commercial street in town called Ermou is just a minute away. In general the apartment is just few minutes walking distance from everything you' ll need and want to do while staying in Athens. 10 min walk to the Acropolis museum, the Parthenon, the Panathenaic Stadium, the ancient agora, ancient theater of Herodes Atticus. There is lots of restaurants, romantic coffee shops around, as well as cine Paris, the best open air cinema of the town with an Acropolis view and cine Thission which was voted as the best cinema of the world in front of the Acropolis!!
