This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I found bed bugs in my room around 4 a.m. and immediately went to the front desk. The overnight staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered—they refused to move me and claimed no rooms were available. There was no apology or concern for my safety or comfort.
At 9 a.m., I spoke to another employee who first insisted that bed bugs were “impossible.” After I showed him clear photos, he instantly admitted, “Yeah, we have bed bugs,” with no sense of urgency or accountability.
The lack of hygiene is bad enough, but the staff’s attitude was shocking. No empathy, no solution, and no responsibility. This hotel failed basic sanitation and customer service standards.
Do not stay here. If management can’t maintain a pest-free environment or treat guests with respect, they don’t deserve your business.
