A great one bedroom apartment on a quiet side street in the heart of Plaka close to Syntagma Square. It has been newly renovated to a very high standard and has all modern comforts including kitchenette, washer drier, comfortable bed and spacious main living area. For larger groups up to 8 people it can be booked with our other apartments on the same floor (Beverly I and III). This apartment has been recently renovated (Spring 2017) to a very high standard. It feels more like a hotel suite than a typical apartment! The bedroom is large and has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The main living space has a very clever kitchenette and washer drier that are concealed behind panelling. The lounge has access to a quiet balcony from which you can enjoy the morning sun and gaze around the charming townscape. The installations are all brand new, including a state of the art central AC system and concealed lighting. It is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and is accessible via an elevator. Book now and you wont be disappointed!

Clean and functional rental. Good value

Clean flat, relatively spacious, within walking distance to cafes, shops, metro stations. Excellent communication with host and local manager. Nice touches include salt and peeper, dish / laundry soap, shower gel and hand soaps. For those renting in the summer, since there is no AC, to have airflow you must open windows. The ones in the courtyard are ok but the ones that face the street, when open, make you feel you are sleeping next to a busy highway. Also important to note that while the hosts did a great job renovating the space, it is an old building and the space to access the toilet won’t allow a bigger person to reach it. Overall good value especially if you are headed for this area in Paris.
