In the best neighborhood in Athens, this house is just a short 2 mile drive to Sanford Stadium and the University of Georgia. Ideal for Gamedays, college visits, parent weekends, Twilight, or just a week-end in the classic city. The house sleeps 14 in beds and is great to entertain in as well. A large salt water pool, four flat screen TVs, three fireplaces, Weber and Big Green Egg grills, and plenty of room to relax both inside and out make this a perfect place to call home for a great visit to Athens.

Amazing

I cannot say enough about how accommodating and friendly the owners of this property were to our family, both at arrival and throughout our entire stay. The house was immaculate and everything we needed was easily accessible. Having such a beautiful home so close to campus ensured we were able to get to each graduation event easily and the weekend went off without a hitch. Thank you, thank you!! When we make our way to Athens again we will definitely be looking to book again!

We went to Athens to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday! This property was absolutely perfect in every way! Fantastic location, several beds for all guests, many entertainment options. The homeowner was extremely personable and made sure we had every thing that we needed. I would highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic property with the nicest owners. We really enjoyed our stay. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome in their home and have a great stay. House is gorgeous. Friends that came by all commented on what a great set up and beautiful home it is.

UGA Reunion

We rented this property for a very Special UGA Reunion. The property owners were super gracious. They greeted us with flowers, balloons and sweet treats. The house was warm and welcoming absolutely PERFECT for the size of our group. The owners made sure we knew if we needed anything they were a call away. The location of the home to downtown Athens was a short 5 minute drive. This home was Absolutely perfect for our gathering and made this Reunion a truly memorable event. We plan on renting this property again for our future reunions. Thank you again so very much for allowing us to rent your home

Perfect Hospitality

Thank you for opening your beautiful home to our family as our own. It was the perfect home base for five branches of family to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The icing on the wedding cake!

This was our home away from home for our son's wedding weekend. It was a perfect fit for my family (5) and my sister's family (6). The property owner is wonderful, welcoming, and a super communicator. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of places to gather or escape. Be prepared for an incredible night's sleep in the most comfortable beds ever! We are fortunate and appreciative to have the use of this home!

Great stay in Athens!

This is a fantastic property located just a short ride(5min) from UGA and downtown. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The outside area around the pool is great for entertaining. We would definitely stay there again. The homeowners were very helpful.

Modern with Southern Charm

Absolutely perfect in every way. Attended our sons UGA graduation and was able to accommodate our entire family. Close to UGA campus. Wonderful hosts! Scott went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Spacious, comfortable, clean...if you need to stay in Athens I highly recommend!

Great Hosts and Great Location!

The house was extremely clean and our hosts left nice touches for our group. We had 8 guys playing golf in the area and the family left us cookies, some snacks, and some beer as a welcome gift. They checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything exceeded our expectations!
