Hi, we are Yannis and Rena, owners of Ma Maison.

A 50m² fully renovated apt with car parking and a big balcony(20m2),located 200mts from metro. Sleep on Egyptian cotton linens, relax at the shower cabin with the hydromasage, lift the tent, have breakfast at the balcony, watch cable tv. We create feelings and memories for you. Hospitality isn’t accommodation only. It’s about going above and beyond in every aspect. If you want all these, this is your choice.

It will be an honor to host you Ma Maison "2" is an apartment located in Ano Patissia district, right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. It is consisted by one bedroom, one spacious bathroom, a kitchen and one very big living room connected with the kitchen.

Let’s see the details:

•Strong WIFI-high speed internet for you,

•Centralized heat/cold air system connected through channels which you control remotely,

•Centralized Solar water heater system for immediate and continuous use of hot water plus an individual electric water heater for emergency situations,

•Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit,

•Big balcony with beautiful surroundings and quiet. The 20m² balcony has 2 comfortable chairs so you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or wine. For an even better experience you can lift the motorized tent and enjoy the garden and the little church just a breath away,

•Comfortable Italian design sofa with 4 movable pillows which can be transformed into a double bed and a flat 32inch tv with a cable tv (nova) and a lot of free satellite channels plus a radio cd player. All of the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,

•Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler, juice extractor. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and also coffee (nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),

•Bathroom which has a shower cabin with a hydromassage, hairdryer with extra 110 volts inlet

•Bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items.

•The breakfast consists of coffees (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, drinking chocolate, chamomille, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey.

For health and safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the balcony which as you can see is very spacious and comfortable. Thank you for your cooperation.

An Unforgettable Stay in Athens!I stayed at this apartment in Athens for my 50th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation! The location is absolutely perfect—safe, vibrant, and close to everything. There’s even a street market on Mondays that brings the area to life with local charm.The apartment was exactly as shown online: clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport, and anytime I needed a taxi, Yanni was just a text away. His communication was always on point—prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful.What really made this stay special was the personal touch. When I checked in, Yanni had a birthday cake waiting for me in the fridge—such a thoughtful surprise! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, toiletries, and even laundry detergent, making it feel like a true home away from home.The area is amazing—great price, great vibes, and super safe. My favorite thing to eat was the gyro from nearby spots, and I visited a local dessert shop daily for ice cream—the staff there were so friendly and welcoming.Travel tip for Greece: you can’t flush toilet paper, so always bring sanitizing wipes and be prepared to dispose of paper in a bin. It’s a small adjustment, but good to know ahead of time.If you’re considering a stay in Athens, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem and Yanni is an exceptional host. I’d absolutely book again!

Awesome Apartment and Great Location

My wife and I were visiting Athens for the first time. Several travel bloggers suggested staying in a hotel on your first visit to Greece. We don't stay in a hotel very often and chose to go the VRBO route. We could not have been happier with our choice. The apartment is located in a secure building in a neighborhood filled with local residents and close to shops and just a couple of blocks from the metro. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos. Yannis arranged for VIP pick up service from the port quite late the night we arrived. We also used the VIP service for our very early morning departure. Check in was a breeze. We only had a couple of simple questions while we were there and Yannis was very quick to respond. I don't know that we will ever be in Athens again, but if we find ourselves returning, we will not hesitate to stay here again. Delightful apartment and great owners!!

We had an amazing 3 night stay at this apartment. Very clean, has pretty much everything you need. (Could use a few more ice trays). We checked in later than expected due to flight delays. We were met with a very nice, helpful man who explained everything we would need to know about our stay. Parking was inside the gate and very secure. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in the Athens areal. You won't be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ma Maison property. Before even getting to the apartment, we were so grateful to Yannis for helping to arrange transportation from the airport. Not only was our driver a joy to chat with, but he also helped us to bring our luggage into the apartment and gave us a tour of all of the property's amenities. Everything was immaculate, and the AC was a welcome treat after our hot Athens adventures. We loved the location because it was away from all the hustle and bustle, but only a short walk to the metro stop. During our stay, Yannis was responsive and easy to communicate with as he also helped us to secure transportation to the cruise port. We would highly recommend this wonderful property - especially as a before or after cruise stop!

Beautiful, Clean, Convenient, and Well Appointed

The photos of the property were a fantastic example of everything we saw when we arrived. It was exceptionally clean and welcoming, with modern decor, a well-appointed kitchen, additional linens, a beautiful outdoor balcony, and private parking (which was a tremendous perk as we had a rental vehicle). Yannis and Rena ensured we knew how to check in, had someone to welcome us and show us important things for our stay, and were always available and incredibly responsive. They clearly cared about the experience of their guests and were absolutely wonderful! The property is within walking distance of several restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. It is safe and near to major roads to site see within Athens or travel outside of the area. It was perfect for our stay and allowed us to comfortably retreat from busy days of exploring all Greece offers. We would definitely return and highly recommend it. Thank you, Yannis and Rena!

Perfect location and beautiful property!

My wife and I booked this property for the start of our Greek honeymoon and was absolutely perfect! The location was great for easily walking to the metro and into the neighborhood for food, cocktails and coffee! Couldn't imagine a better place

The hosts were definitely super hosts! Communication was amazing from beginning and throughout. Yannis even offered to stay in touch if I had any questions after I left. There was a MA maison mug personalized. Very sweet touch. It was so comfortable and like a home away from home. The apartment was perfectly located just a few stops from the main centre. Honeymoon in Athens - Flawless

My wife and I spent three days in Athens while beginning our honeymoon tour of Greece. BOTH of Yannis & Rena’s Ma Maison & Ma Maison 2 are PHENOMENAL. The photos do not do them justice - they’re both so perfectly located - a 2 minute walk to the Metro offering access to the entire city. Both locations are in a perfect area, offering a combination of authentic Athens with amazing food choices, local culture and plenty to experience - yet there was enough English around to comfortably make our way around. As for Yannis & Rena. We cannot say enough about them - they made our entire process incredibly easy. They also set up extra transports for us, and were always in touch. Both of these properties will give you everything you need and more. The updated ammentities were so lovely, and the locations even better. THANK YOU!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

First of all, our host Yannis was terrific, and arranged to have a taxi pick us up from our Viking cruise ship. When we arrived at his property, it was even better then the pictures on the VRBO listing. It was immaculately clean, and he thought of everything a renter might need, down to shampoo, body soap, kitchen items were complete, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apples, toast and honey. He spoke excellent English and was constantly available to us via Whatsup App the full 4 days that we were there. The neighborhood is completely safe, walking distance to the grocery store, as well as many restaurants. His TV included English speaking channels, WIFI and a stereo system. This has been one of our many VRBO experiences, and we highly recommend this unit for visitors to Athens.
