Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere. Beware of impersonal and substandard management.

Konaklama yeri harika. İşletme sahibi Sophia sizi en güzel şekilde karşılamakta ve her zaman tüm sorularınıza ve isteklerinizi çözmekte. Kibar, profesyonel, ilgili bir işletme sahibi. Ev apart ve villa modelinde olmakla birlikte, mevki itibari ile sessiz, sakin, dinlenmek için uygun, aile ile kalmak için evde tüm ekipmanlar sınırsızca mevcut. Şehirin biraz dışında gibi görünse de sahile, havaalanına ve heryere çok yakın bir konumda. Ben kendi konaklamam için Sevigili Sophia'ya tekrar tekrar teşekkür ederim. Harika bir konaklama idi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
