Lots of restaurants, coffee, ice cream, shopping, dog parks HWY 400: 5 min(exit 10, 1.6 miles) Ameris Bank Amphitheater: 7 min, 2.2 miles Downtown Alpharetta: 2 min drive/11 min walk, 0.5 miles Avalon:<5 min drive/16 min walk, 1 mile Work Friendly: Desk, 27" monitor, white board & strong Wi-Fi Comfortable: King size, super comfortable beds in both bedrooms Renovated Feb ‘24. It's my passion to help ensure your great experience. Close to Avalon luxury shopping, downtown restaurants, grocery/drug stores, and parks…it really is a convenient location for your stay.
