This is a beautiful home however, it was not the cleanest. Toilets had urine on them the cabinets and refrigerator had grease and sticky substance on the handles. Also, dog hair is was very visible on the rug in the master as well as the patio had dog feces. Stairs and walls are dirty.

From the moment we arrived, nothing was right. We couldn't get into the building with the code provided. We finally got in with the help of a security guard who doesn't even work for Black Swan Management. Then the room code didn't work. Neither did the next one or the next one nor the next one. The first room was fair at best with water stains and peeling paint in places. The air conditioning never worked as we couldn't get the temperature below 74 degrees. There was mildew on the bathroom floor, a pubic hair on a towel, one of the toilets ran intermittently for no reason, and the master bedroom bed was literally BROKEN. The base for the mattress was basically cracked in half causing a rut in the middle of the bed. It was also just a joy being stuck in the elevator and having no one respond to the Call button. We had to call 911. Not kidding. The property is also directly across the street from the Emory Medical Center emergency helicopter pad. That was fun hearing that fire up at 3:00 AM. They eventually moved us to a different room that was a bit better but we continued to have access code issues. I would never stay at this place again.

Everything was great! Only downfall was the elevator broke down day 1 and length of the stay and had to take stairs to 4th floor with luggage. But very clean and lovely stay! Loved the view and location.

This place is nice. Amazing penthouse view. Keep in mind there are stairs. Bedrooms are downstairs, kitchen upstairs. The parking was a bit complicated. Garage door took a while to figure out how to close and the code didn’t work from the outside. No tvs in bedrooms just upstairs in the living room so you have to walk all the way upstairs to watch tv. My legs are sore from the stairs. Besides that nice place

Eveything was fine. Close to the metro. Not a charming area but good for a short stay, it does the job. Litteraly on the highway. Clean, lots of space, on 2 floors. Not really curtains so I guess in summer time it must be very clear. I am not a fan or carpets.

Instructions for entry a parking were incorrect. Door code to unit was incorrect. Even though it was 1am after hours, the Black Swan customer support did answer so that was fortunate. Unit code turned out to be the same as the building code which made us concerned about safety and wonder if it was the same for other units
2 gentleman entering the building g at the same time had the same code to get into the building. The garage gate was not working but left open. Garage location and entry/code information were not given and we had to call back for that. Unit was clean and spacious. Could not get the tv remotes to work past just turning on and their were no tvs in the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and there plenty of towels. Paint is peeling from the bathroom ceiling. Only 5 hangers in the whole condo for clothes. Re the kitchen, lots of counter space, but very limited on cooking utensils, bowls, etc. There was only ONE sharp knife in the knife block. There are two outdoor spaces with seating which is nice and a good sized dining table. No hair dryers, hand soap, coffee provided to get you through the first few days, although there was some tea and sugar packets. Condo location was good location a couple of blocks from the Civic train station making it convenient to get to the football stadium in a couple stops. This condo could get 5 stars and be great for a larger group if there was better communication and attention to the unit that warrants the price tag.

My wife and I came to visit Atlanta, and honestly, this was the best place we could have chosen. It's safe, comfortable, quiet, and above all, the view is beautiful. The only thing that could be improved is that we didn't know how to close the garage door from the outside. Otherwise, it was perfect, 200/100! You won't regret staying here.

Balcony was nice, very clean. Gates malfunctioned several times. Traffic noise is extremely loud, especially at night when trying to sleep. They did provide 1 set of earplugs.

Me and my family were in from out of town for thanksgiving. We went to check in at 4 there isn’t really any instructions on where to park giving that it’s next to another apartment building. The unit that we had which was 4 garage was broke . We would have to lift and close the garage ourselves every time . We were told to move to a parking spot instead of ours and then had to move again. We then got to our unit where I tried to check the code didn’t work. I then reached out to them to figure out was wrong . They gave me another code that also didn’t work. Let them know the code didn’t work they gave me another code that also didn’t work. They proceeded to try to remotely unlock which wouldn’t make sense if still needed to get back and forth inside the unit . After them trying to remotely unlock the unit I then asked to just cancel the reservation due to the inconvenience. I left with my family where we had to stay somewhere else. They did try to send a 4th code but by that time we had been waiting to long . As well as my Daugther getting restless . We never got to stay at unit because we were unable to get in. The area of the unit is also not the best recommendation.
