CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

- The key is located inside a lockbox.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste

Bmv is not clear likes the photos.

Upon arriving the doors and walls were dirty the place had a smell that reeks of trash maybe something wet in the walls
