I was charged for a King Suite Room and did not receive that. I was given room 223 which is a standard room. I explained to the staff and inquired about why that was the case with no resolve.

The front desk gentleman didn’t seem to know how the suttle worked. After a 12h flight, I was super tired and just wanted to rest. It took me more than an hour to get to the airport because he couldn’t give me the correct information on where the shuttle would be waiting. I dont recommend this hotel at all, it was a terrible experience

Decent for the price
Our room was clean enough. Very much a quick stay type of place. We had to stay a night to catch a super early flight and it was good for that. The staff was very friendly! It just didn’t seem to be in a great area.

The employee did something he didn't have to do, that help my family and I out. I don't smoke but I was told that we had to get a smoking room because of the mix up on the checkin dates. The room wasn't clean and the tissue was almost gone and there was none in the room. There was a roach egg by the sink. The room wasn't clean. I start to wheezing being in a smoking room.

disgusting don’t do it
between the bullet holes, smell of dead body and cigarettes, roaches, mysterious bug bites and blood stains on the walls and sheets, this place needs to be shut down
