The area around the hotel looks like the part of downtown Atlanta that was forgotten. I also had to wait until AFTER 5pm to get checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful but this stay could have been a little cheaper for where it was.

This hotel was not bad. The facility was in decent condition and the staff was very kind and very helpful. My only issue was the area the hotel is in. The online pictures did not detail how the area is surrounded by homeless people and downtown stragglers. We parked our car in the parking garage because valet was way too expensive and we had to worry about whether or not the car was safe. I know that the hotel itself can’t control that so I am not discrediting them for that. Overall I’d give it a 3/5 for safety reasons and I wouldn’t stay there again. If you need an inexpensive place to stay though in the downtown area I’d recommend it.

Let me start off by saying the location is Superb!! Right at the north entrance of Underground Station!! The Valet workers are have the Best Customer service and Charm!! They are very hard working and efficient at getting their Job done!! I saw them dealing with multiple cars and circumstances and each time they had a smile on their faces!! You can not buy southern charm like that they are Built!! My experience from checking in was it was little wait due to multiple people trying to clock in but the Front Desk host move efficient as possible treating each Guest with Respect, kindness and attention like they have not said the same thing over 50times that day!! It was an incredible experience and I will definitely return!! I was trying to catch the GM to express how much I appreciated his staff taking the time out to make every guest feel welcome!! Guess I will have to catch him on my return trip because you definitely have made me a return Guest!!

The property is an older building so the Ac doesn’t work well so our room was very uncomfortable, we had maintenance come to the room to even make sure ours was working. The area around the hotel is centrally located but be ready to walk about 15 minutes to a gas station if you need snacks or drinks. The staff was nice and valet but pricey for the area, street parking is available but definitely park at your own risk.

The area around the property is in the ghetto. But when you get inside the hotel and room, they’re pretty clean and decent. There were no pillow cases on my pillows or any washcloths and I had to wait for them from the staff. Didn’t get them until midnight. Only one staff member checking everyone in and overwhelmed.
