When we first arrived our phone didn’t work properly, maintenance came to fix the phone quickly but the next day it wasn’t working again. The Wi-Fi went out causing me to miss a day of work with no pay. Bathroom door handle was broken. Shower hooks were broken. The bar drinks were disgusting tasted like water and were not worth the cost. The TV in to room wasn’t working. The breakfast was not good a lot of it was not edible. The only staff that was friendly was the valet, the young lady at the front desk in the early morning (darkskin with black Locs), and the sweet security guard!
