You will have the entire first floor of a newly remodeled ranch house with complete privacy. It will accommodate 12 guests with a queen size pullout sofa and 2 air mattresses. A separate lower level apt of the house is not included in this listing.

Should you need anything else, there is plenty of shopping/dining just minutes away.

Please note this place is for your rest and relaxation, not for events and parties as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm-8am and avoid loitering or making noises outside of the house during quiet hours.

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We had a large party and we cooked. However there was no blender and no large mixing bowls. Unbelievably there was also no iron which I thought should be a basic amenity. The house sleeps up to 12 people but the dining table only sits 6 and there was only 1 sofa in the living room that could seat only 4 people.

The property is newly renovated with tasteful and modern decor. Plenty of space for my family of 7. The host was attentive and helpful. The only suggestion I have is for there to be enough mugs, cups and utensils for each occupant. I would stay here again!

Weekend trip to Stone Mtn

We had a family group stay to attend The Scottish Highland Games at Stone Mountain Park. We were really close, the house was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and clean and newly furnished and remodeled.

Overall this is a great location. The home is nice size and was able to accommodate a family of 9 with 3 babies. The host did provide us an option to utilize an inflatable mattress in addition to what was already present. The neighborhood is very quiet, saw many families going for walks and there was not a lot of traffic. Fairly family friendly. The home seems to be newly renovated and has pretty reliable appliances. There was a small issue with cleanliness as it relates to the cleaning team leaving something behind that was unsanitary. However the host did take care of it quickly and did take note our concern. We also went on one of the hottest days of the year. One of the rooms appears to be an addition and runs hot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was relatively affordable.
