We asked for a crib and were told they would see if they had one but no follow up was provided. Our 18 month old granddaughter fell out of the bed. Thankfully unharmed. I would have appreciated them following up with us.

The rooms were super clean and very spacious. Only complaint is I wish tye had more cups in each room, but overall a very beautiful place. And had everything you need close by. Food, convenient stores, etc.

It's OK, and staff are polite, but the hotel did not exactly honor Expedia reservation, doesn't clean rooms daily, and doesn't keep promises. All staff were at least pleasant, which we appreciated. However, even though my printed Expedia reservation indicated free parking, the desk clerk insisted that my reservation did not include free parking. We did not need parking for our first night, but for a family member to join the next night, so I paid extra for parking. It turned out my family member Ubered, so we did not use parking. When I asked for an adjustment, the desk clerk said it would have to be through Expedia. I have not found a way to get an adjustment via the Expedia website. The room was sleek and very clean when we checked in. After the first night and being out all next day, I asked the front desk if rooms are cleaned daily. I was told they only clean every other day, so I asked for clean bath towels only and was told they would be delivered to the room, but nothing was ever delivered. We still left a nice tip for the housekeeper, since they are not necessarily at fault for the hotel's overall disappointing hospitality.
