Air conditioning controls were broken. Room had pungent odor of cigarettes, bleach and fabuloso. Of course it's a non smoking room.

I did not like the fact that it looked like little Bagdag outside the hotel, the fact that there was water pouting out of the windo style A/C installed in the wall, the fact that there was 1.5 inch gap between the a/c and cut out to allow whatever to enter, the fact that there was a 1/4 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the door seal, the fact that the shower stunk, the fact that there was NO water pressure or the fact that the tv remote was sticky. I think that about covers it

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. Water pooling from the a/c is the result of condensation. This is normal. If it excessive, maintenance on staff can try to repair it or at worst switch you to a different room. As a/cs get upgraded and replaced, new models will not fit into the space initially allotted to them, so repairs to the wall have to be made to accommodate them. Similar issues can occur if doors have to be replaced. The other issues are not acceptable, but were they communicated to the Front Desk? Please know that we take negative reviews to heart and are trying to constantly improve the property.

My family got there around 2pm and we saw multiple police cars. Two people were arrested at the hotel's parking lot. After check in, we had to deal with lots of noise coming from the hallway. It was not an enjoyable stay.
