We had no soap or shampoos and staff didn’t respond to get any. Nightclub in the lobby, but no insulation to prevent sound from carrying into rooms late into the night.

Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. There was basically a rave in the lobby while we were there, the lobby was reserved for a birthday party. The location is convenient to the stadium but shady af. None of the kiosks to check in were working, and the staff was having to basically yell at people. Will not be staying here again.

Location was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. the bad parts now…the check in process was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Our bathroom had no working lights in it. Which made it difficult to do anything. The front desk assured us it would be fixed. And never got fixed. No explanation to why. Good luck finding someone. Other than the security guards. There wasn’t much of a front desk presence.

Dirty sofas, and if it rains be ready for a sleepless night. The exterior window frames are made of metal, gutter like material and they are so loud when hit with a decent rain. Like we had when we were there. No hand soap.

I absolutely loved the staff and the property here. However, the weed smell coming from the vents was bad. Especially since I was traveling with a three month old. Other than that, everything was great!

Upon arrival I recorded a warm welcome from staff. I was notified that my room would be upgraded. I unfortunately, had to come back down and request a different room due to the strong smell of marijuana in the room. The second room smelled better but had stains all over the couch and in the shower pan. The room was cold so I requested a blanket only to be told there were no more. I’m in town for a conference so I understand just wish the hotel was a bit more prepared. The staff was nice each person I encountered was professional. Probably the best part of my visit.
