Winter Warmth
Just a bit of information for your comfort. During the cold seasons, the Townhouse will heat up quicker upstairs than downstairs. With that in mind, it's better to set the temperature at about 80 degrees or above to take the chill off downstairs much quicker. However, it's best to keep the heat on automatic at bedtime between 76-77 degrees, and exercise slightly closing the ceilting vents, so that the heat air does not blow on you directly. Last, but not least, when leaving the premises during the day, leave the heat on between 75-76 degrees, so that the house is nice and comfortable upon your return. Enjoy your stay.
