Youâre across from Peachtree Center, and within walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, and Centennial Olympic Park. Historic and central, the area blends modern city energy with vintage Atlanta charm.
The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home, including a screened balcony, modern kitchen, and living area. The building has elevator access, 24-hour front desk security, and self check-in via smart lock. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please provide the full names of all guests prior to check in. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
