This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit has recently had major renovations and has an accessible lawn right off the back porch, along with gorgeous views of the ocean and speedy beach access.

Some key amenities include NEW luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout along with a beautiful custom kitchen and cabinets, NEW matte white appliances, ornate tile backsplash, farmhouse sink, 2 pantry roll out cabinets, and more!!

Enjoy entertainment conveniences such as flat screen TVs with ccess to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and a Roku!

Bedding includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin bunks.

Linens and towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).

The community offers a swimming pool, mail station, outside shower, and private beach access.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Rents Nightly with a 3-Night Minimum (Last Minute and Off-Season Only).

No smoking. No pets allowed.
